Katy is dedicated to providing a holistic approach to wellness through the practice of Qigong, Tai Chi, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Dao Yin (Chinese Yoga) movement practices. Katy creates a supportive environment for individuals to enhance their physical and mental well-being.

Qigong

Yoga
