Katy is dedicated to providing a holistic approach to wellness through the practice of Qigong, Tai Chi, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Dao Yin (Chinese Yoga) movement practices. Katy create a supportive environment for individuals to enhance their physical and mental well-being.

Qigong

Yoga

Tai Chi

Experience the 24 Yang form style of Tai Chi. Learn to flow through the movements like a dance and discover the benefits of improved balance, postures, and overall well-being. 

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support. It helps improve flexibility, balance, and posture through guided movement and breathwork. Ideal for all fitness levels, chair yoga promotes relaxation and overall well-being.
